EXTENDED service and load testing includes the following:
- Hoist cases cleaned, vacumedand casters inspected.
- Hoist scrubbed clean and painted with Krylon
- Removal of end caps
- Blow out with air compressor
- Inspect all motor and brake housing components
- Run through upper and lower limits
- Set upper & lower limits
- Clean & resurface brakes/brake assembly
- Gap brakes to industry standard
- Silicone brake shaft bearings
- Degrease & clean 1st casting (break housing)
- Inspect tail & tighten plug screws
- Lubricate chain & upper suspension
- Inspect lower chain and hook assemblies
- Torque upper hook to 85lbs / small frame 45lbs
- Apply weather treatment
- Clean & paint outer housing
- Record hoist serial number and provide service sheet
- Apply certification sticker with date and serial number

Load Test Includes:
STATIC LOAD TESTING WITH CERTIFIED FREE WEIGHTS
- 125%-150% of rated capacity
- Overall inspection of wiring & mechanics
- Tested hoists receive a certified load test result certificate
- Certified sticker with date applied to hoist
